Terms & Conditions

1 General Information

RoyalCar.rent provides vehicle rental services within Georgia. All vehicles listed on the website are maintained and operated by RoyalCar or its verified partners.

2 Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle, the Client must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Minimum driving experience: 2 years
• Some premium or luxury vehicles may require a higher minimum age.

Required Documents

At the time of vehicle pick-up, the Client must present:

• Valid passport or national ID
• Valid driver's license
• International Driver's Permit (IDP), if required by Georgian law

3 Reservations & Payments

Vehicles can be reserved online or through direct communication with RoyalCar.

Reservations may require a partial prepayment to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is paid at the time of vehicle pick-up unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash
• Credit / Debit Card
• Bank transfer (for long-term rentals)

4 Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category. The deposit is used to cover:

• Traffic fines
• Damage not covered by insurance
• Missing fuel
• Excessive cleaning fees

5 Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle may only be driven by the person listed in the rental agreement unless an additional driver is approved.

The Client agrees to:

• Use the vehicle responsibly
• Follow all traffic laws in Georgia
• Not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Not use the vehicle for illegal activities
• Not participate in racing or off-road driving unless permitted

6 Insurance

Most vehicles include basic insurance coverage. Possible insurance options may include:

• Third-Party Liability (TPL) — Covers damages caused to third parties.
• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) — Reduces the driver's financial responsibility for damage to the vehicle.
• Full Insurance — Provides broader protection but may still include exclusions or deductibles.

7 Fuel Policy

Vehicles are typically delivered with a specific fuel level. The Client must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pick-up.

Otherwise, refueling charges may apply.

8 Cancellation Policy

• Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up.
• If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before pick-up, the prepayment may be non-refundable.

In case of vehicle unavailability, RoyalCar will offer:

• A replacement vehicle of equal or higher category, or
• A full refund of the prepayment

9 Vehicle Return

The vehicle must be returned:

• At the agreed time
• At the agreed location
• In the same condition as received (except normal wear)

10 Traffic Fines & Violations

The Client is fully responsible for:

• Traffic violations
• Parking fines
• Toll charges
• Any penalties incurred during the rental period

RoyalCar reserves the right to charge the Client for any fines received after the rental period.

11 Cleaning Policy

Vehicles must be returned in reasonable condition. Excessively dirty vehicles, including damage caused by pets or smoking, may incur additional cleaning fees.

12 Liability

RoyalCar is not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings inside the vehicle
• Delays caused by accidents, weather, or road conditions
• Costs related to missed flights or appointments

13 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from rental agreements shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the Tbilisi City Court.

14 Acceptance of Terms

By renting a vehicle from RoyalCar, the Client confirms that they:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to comply with all rental policies
• Accept full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period
